ENCINO, CA – NAI Capital, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Encino, California announces that Tim Foutz, Senior Executive Vice President has been named the firm’s 2008 Broker of the Year, as the organization’s top producing broker among its 15 Southern California offices.

Based in NAI Capital’s Encino office, Foutz specializes in industrial and office sales, leasing, and leased investments. During his tenure at NAI Capital, Inc., Foutz has consistently been one of the firm’s top ten producers and has been recognized as Broker of the Year in 1998, 1999 and 2002.

In recent years, along with his sales and leasing activities, Mr. Foutz has begun to focus on the sale and marketing of leased investment opportunities. Working closely with managers of capital markets, regional and local developers, pension funds and personal family trusts, Foutz has leveraged his market knowledge along with his long standing relationships to assist these various groups or families in the redeployment of their personal assets and capital funds.

NAI Capital is also pleased to announce its 38 Capital Club Award recipients who ranked as the firm’s top producing brokers for 2008. NAI Capital’s Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver Capital Club status is a distinction awarded to the highest grossing brokers throughout the company.
