More than three quarters of the transactions in 2011 in Germany were in the Core and Core Plus segments – no slump expected on the investment market in the first quarter of 2012
 
Frankfurt, January 24, 2012 – The real estate investment market rode high again in 2011. In the first three quarters alone, a transaction volume of around 17 billion euros was achieved among all market participants in Germany, and this figure soared even higher thanks to a strong Q4. These are the results of a recent analysis conducted by NAI apollo group. The end-of-year spurt during the last three months added a further 6 billion euros, says the survey, increasing the total transaction volume for commercial properties up to 23 billion euros.

Corealis was founded in 2010 by Jens U. Reuther and specialises in leasing office and commercial properties in Düsseldorf, Neuss and Ratingen and in the investment business with all real estate asset classes.

NAI apollo on course for growth: Global investor DGRE commissions NAI apollo group with the asset and property management of a Germany portfolio
 
Frankfurt, January 18, 2012 – The Asset Management and Property Management divisions of NAI apollo group have taken over a Germany-wide portfolio from the globally active investor DGRE. The portfolio, with EUR 400 million in assets, contains 19 properties, including shopping centres, supermarkets and office buildings, and totals more than 550,000 m² of leased space and annual rental income of over EUR 30 million.
