CEO | Principal of NAI Halsey Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide, the largest and most experienced commercial real estate brokerage firm in Northeast Arkansas.
Halsey enjoys many facets of Commercial Real Estate. The Halsey family has built a real estate portfolio which includes self storage, shopping centers, and farmland, all managed by NAI Halsey Property Management division.
In addition to the real estate portfolio, the family also owns Halsey Outdoor Advertising, a billboard company where Jerry serves as Chairman of the Board. Halsey is a Commissioner for the Arkansas Building Authority in the State of Arkansas and served as the Chairman of the Jonesboro Metropolitan Area Planning Commission from January 2010 through August 2011.
Between being a facilitator of goals for investors and tenants alike, Halsey is up bright and early behind his desk at NAI Halsey beginning the day with a cup of coffee and prospects in hand. Managing his professional staff and agents is only half the fun, the rest of his time is spent utilizing his broad range of skills and experience helping his clients, tenants, and investors target their strategies and achieve their objectives.
