For the second year in a row, Expansion Management magazine has named Nashville metro “America’s Hottest City” for Expansion and Relocation. Low cost of living, high quality of life, and reasonable home prices elevated Nashville to #1 in Kiplinger’s “Top 50 Smart Places to Live.” Over the last 10 years, the Nashville area has experienced tremendous growth in every sector of the economy. The region is home to a number of major business players in various target industries, including Louisiana-Pacific, Caremark, Dell, HCA, Nissan and Big Idea Productions.

The Nashville market is logistically superior with convergence of three interstate highways and 50% of U.S. population living within 650-mile radius of Nashville. As a downtown business leader and member of the Nashville Downtown Partnership, NAI Nashville is committed to the vision of a thriving Downtown sector. The entire city is undergoing revitalization that is increasing residential space and is attracting retailers, restaurants and investors from all over the country. In 2005-2006 over 2,200 new residences were added to the downtown area and another 2,800 will be delivered by 2008.
