Scope of Service Experience
Rich Diller is the President of NAI The Vaughan Company Commercial Properties, Inc. In addition to his management responsibilities, Rich has remained a top producer for NAI The Vaughan Company, and one of the top industrial, land, and investment brokers in the Albuquerque area for several years. His proficiency in all areas of sales and leasing has enabled him to enjoy relationships with companies such as: McDonald's Corporation, Sun Healthcare Group, Earnest Thompson Furniture, The Kemtah Group, University of New Mexico Hospital, Peoples Bank, City of Albuquerque, the United States Postal Service, International Paper, and Albuquerque Public Schools.
Education
Rich received his Bachelor of University Studies from the University of New Mexico and attended graduate school for business administration at the Anderson School of Management. He also was a three-year starter on the UNM football team and team captain his senior year.
Background & Experience
Rich joined NAI The Vaughan Company in 1982, and was appointed commercial division manager in January of 1986. His responsibilities for this position include the administration and supervision of all commercial real estate agents and support staff, training, recruiting, and business development.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Rich is a past president of the CCIM New Mexico Chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member). In 1997 his peers selected him as The Commercial Association of Realtors "Realtor of the Year" for the state of New Mexico. He is the current President of the New Mexico Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Chapter.
