He is a highly qualified real estate professional, having participated in a variety of unique transactions, representing clients as broker, manager and/or developer.

Significant Transactions
|
Bert spearheaded the acquisition of Heritage Place Office building. At the time of purchase, it was 50% leased. He led the team that secured the long term lease with the State of Tennessee to fill the balance of the building.
Bert serves as the Chief Manager of the entity that recently completed 32 lofts apartments on the upper two floors of three historic warehouses buildings in Nashville’s urban core, known as “The District”. The unique concept, design and desirability of the units are all reflective of his vast experience in Nashville’s real estate industry.
Bert also serves as the Chief Manager of the owning entity that has major use change and historic restoration underway at the 100 year old Stahlman Building directly across from Metro Nashville’s Courthouse. During 2006, this building will open with 142 apartments featuring a variety of contemporary conveniences, while having maintained significant historic components such as the original marble wainscoting and rare mahogany doors throughout. This project also introduces unique live-work units into the Nashville market.
