Chris graduated in 1997 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In the summer of 1997 Chris participated in the UNC-Chapel Hill Study Abroad Program in Belgium and Germany where he studied business within the newly formed European Union.

Chris joined NAI Nashville in July of 2002 after working in Memphis, Tennessee for four years at the offices of Richard Wallace & Company. During his tenure in Memphis Chris specialized in land sales brokering deals from less than an acre to over 600 acres. Since joining NAI Nashville Chris has specialized primarily in office sales and leasing representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the greater Nashville metropolitan area. Chris has handled leasing transactions ranging from 900 to 90,000 square feet and takes pride in handling all of them with the same quality of service and respect.
Since 1998 Chris has represented clients in lease and sale transactions totaling over 1,000,000 square feet and land transactions totaling over 2,300 acres. Chris’ total volume of closed transactions since 1998 represents over $120,000,000.
